The programming on Community Television of Knoxville (CTV) and Knox County Schools TV (KCS-TV) can only be seen on cable TV in Knox County, Tennessee. It cannot be seen on regular broadcast TV or satellite TV.

All of the programa on CTV can be seen on Comcast Channel 12 and Charter Channel 6.
Recorded gavel to gavel coverage of local government meetings can be seen on Knology Channel 6.
Live gavel to gavel coverage of local government meetings can be seen on AT&T U-verse TV Channel 99.

All of the programs on KCS-TV can be seen on Comcast Channel 10, (not to be confused with Broadcast Channel 10 - WBIR).
